I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. Today, my mom came in for what was supposed to be a dental appointment, and during her visit the staff checked her blood pressure. It was 232/117. They immediately recognized how serious the situation was and did not hesitate to act. They made the decision to call an ambulance and made sure my mom got to the hospital as quickly as possible. I keep thinking about what could have happened if they had brushed it off, rushed through her appointment, or simply told her to follow up with her doctor. Their attention, judgment, urgency, and genuine concern for my mom’s wellbeing may have prevented her from having a stroke or something even worse. As her daughter, I am beyond grateful. You never expect to walk into a dentist’s office and have the people there potentially save your loved one’s life, but that is exactly how I feel today. Thank you to every person in this office who took my mom’s condition seriously and acted so quickly. Absolutely love it here! everyone is very sweet and professional. Made me feel very comfortable and they keep everything nice and tidy. Ive been coming here for some years now and i still love it!

Better than your average dental experience. Rose is amazing and very personable. You can truly tell that she cares about her patients and makes them feel comfortable. I highly recommend!

I initially visited Ideal Smiles because they accepted my insurance, and I will say the front desk staff, dental hygienist, and doctor were all very kind and welcoming. However, I would not recommend this practice if you are looking for a more conservative approach to dental care. I was told I had 10 cavities and needed extensive treatment, which was very overwhelming. After getting a second opinion, I found out I only had a couple cavities that actually needed fillings. The treatment recommendations here felt very aggressive and would have cost far beyond what insurance covered. Again, everyone was friendly and professional, but I would strongly encourage getting a second opinion before moving forward with major dental work here.

I had been going to this dentist for a couple years. I was 9 months pregnant, and after a cleaning, where the hygienist told me my teeth were great and the “dentist was just going to come take a quick look” and a very short exam from the dentist, she told me that I had three cavities. That seemed very wrong to me, because I’ve never had any cavities. I thought maybe it’s because I’m pregnant and something happened to my teeth? I couldn’t get them fixed while I was pregnant, and I waited six month until my next cleaning and saw a second different dentist. I got X-rays which showed no cavities. She glanced at my teeth, said they looked great, THEN the hygienist told her that I had “pending treatment” for three cavities, and she goes ohhh yes, shines a light back in my mouth and then says “yes cavities are like CANCER. They’re not going away and you need to get them fixed”. That scared me, and I went to a different dentist office to get a second opinion. This dentist assured me that I had ZERO cavities and my teeth looked great. Ideal smiles is unethical and take advantage of patients who don’t know any better so that they can charge their insurances- just money grabbers. I would reco
